Let’s Get You Set Up as a New Customer

Welcome to Tomahawk Crane & Rigging. To ensure we can serve you quickly and efficiently, please complete the following New Customer Packet information before any work is scheduled. Providing these details ahead of time helps us mobilize equipment, process billing smoothly, and keep your project moving without delay.

Items Required Prior to Work Being Performed:

  • Completed Customer Credit Application

  • Purchase Order # (if your company requires a PO)

  • Credit Card Authorization Form (4% convenience fee applies)

Invoice Submission:

  • Invoices are issued with an invoice date reflecting the last day work was completed. Payment is due within agreed terms.

  • Purchase Order numbers must be provided prior to mobilization to ensure they appear on invoices.

  • All Purchase Orders should be submitted to ar@tcrcranes.com.
